We know that kids and parents all talk and compare notes about the essential parts about growing up. What clothes are cool, which teachers are the best, and which orthodontist to see are all important topics. When one of our patients refers us to their family or friends, it is the highest compliment you can give our offices. We take our responsibility to create healthy and happy smiles very seriously. When your child is in our chair, they are our number one priority. Making sure that you and your family is happy and more than satisfied with your orthodontic care is our ultimate goal. It has never been easier to help your friends get in touch with us. At your appointment, you’ll receive our custom referral cards. You don’t have to worry about trying to remember our phone number or figuring out which office is closest to your out-of-town friends. Just slip a few cards in your wallet or your child’s backpack. When you think someone could benefit from hearing about our offices, or someone asks who does your child’s braces, just give them our card! All the information they need to get in touch with us is right there at their fingertips.

As a thank you for helping us create beautiful smiles across Alabama, we have a fun rewards program that you’re definitely going to want to get in on. For every patient that you refer that starts full orthodontic treatment, you’ll receive a $100 referral credit towards your treatment! AND your friend will too! What? YES! Both of you!

All your friend has to do is let us know that you’re the one that referred them. And remember those cards? Not only do they make it easier to let people know about us, it makes it easier to let us know about you! Just write your name on the cards before you hand them out and ask your friends to give us the card at their first appointment. We’ll do the rest! (And don’t worry, if you friend loses the card, they can just tell us your name too.) And the best part – there is no limit to how many friends you can refer and how many credits you can receive!

Get Ready to Smile

In addition to telling your friends about our offices, you may want to share what to expect at their first appointment – especially if they’re new to orthodontics. At their first visit, we’ll do a quick exam that will help us determine if orthodontic treatment is necessary. The visit will take around 40-60 minutes, where we’ll discuss things like customized treatment options, the estimated length of treatment, and the best time to begin treatment. We’ll also talk about the cost and our easy financing options.

We’ll do everything we can to make their visit as comfortable as possible and get them in and out quickly. And be sure to suggest they fill out their new patient forms before their appointment to speed up the visit!
